Garuda is one of few Indonesian restaurants in Toronto, but it recreates Indonesian flavors to perfection. Think satay, those perfectly grilled skewers of chicken or pork smothered in peanut sauce. Think gado gado, a huge salad with an assortment of cooked and raw vegetables, bean curd and boiled eggs. Think tasty rice with spicy chili sauces.
